Parlee's obituary

Parlee Kay Coburn, 68, of 250 Juneberry Court, Athens, went home to be with her Lord and Savior early Saturday morning, September 19, 2020 at her home with her loving family at her side. Born March 7, 1952 at Matewan, she was the daughter of the late Ray Landes Sr. & Ethel Landes. She had worked in several convenient stores and retired from Rite-Aid in Princeton. She was a member of Church of the Word at Pipestem. While her health permitted, she loved playing the piano and taking care of her family. Survivors include her husband of 47 ½ years, Charles W. Coburn, five children and spouses: Dawn C. Gregg (Harold), Bradford D. Coburn, Robin C. Osburn (Jeffrey), Ray A. Coburn (Heather) and Loddie A. Edmonds (John Jr.). 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren along with four siblings; Ray Landes Jr. (Judy), Leah Sufferidge, Thomas Landes (Deniece) and Sandra Insco (Roy) and a host of nieces and nephews. The family has honored her request, she has been cremated and their will be no services. Online condolences may be shared with the family via www.memorialfd.com. The Coburn family is being served by the Memorial Funeral Directory and Cremation Center on the Athens Road in Princeton.
