Pamela was born on April 11th, 1961, to Frank and Frances hale in Mattoon. She was blessed with 2 children (David and his wife Jennifer and daughter Carol) and had several grandchildren Michael Engstrom of Kankakee, Jeremy Smith of Mattoon, Devin Hale of Mattoon, Rosalie, Luke and Lilly Hale of Kentucky. Pam enjoyed spending time with family on fishing trips, camping and rodeos. …
