Pamela Jean Otterstatter (Wittchow), of Eagan, Minnesota, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed peacefully from earthly life on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024. Through faith in Jesus Christ, Pam was welcomed by our heavenly Father into her eternal home.
Pam was born on January 7th, 1960, in Watertown, Wisconsin. She was the third of four children of Donald and Barbara Wittchow. She was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith. She attended Lakeside Lutheran …
