Pamela Jean Milligan
Age 70 of St. Paul Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunt & Sister Passed away on January 16, 2024, after a six-year struggle with dementia. Survived by children Penny (Christopher) Roth, Patricia (Gary) Griffin and 5 grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandson. As per Pamela’s request their will not be a gathering.
