Ms. Pamela Anne Catherine (Madden) Dougherty, of Hatboro, Pennsylvania, born on July 4, 1950 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the late Rose and James Madden, passed away at age 67 on April 19, 2018 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Pamela was preceded in death by her brothers, James and Mark Madden.
