Pamela's obituary

Pamela Rockel Czajka entered Gods Kingdom on June 10, 2023, at the age of 71. Pam was born on May 8th, 1952, to Arthur and Rose Rockel in Clinton, MA. Pam was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Pam was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Rose Rockel, her sisters, Dana Rockel and Nancy Schwartz. She was survived by her loving husband, Alexander “Chipper” Czajka; her two sons, Michael Rexford and his wife Kimberly, Scott Rexford and his wife Michelle; her stepdaughters, Sandra McGrath and her husband Paul, Joanne Martin and her husband Paul; her two brothers, Chuck Rockel and estranged brother Ronnie Rockel and her eight grandchildren, Haley, Justin, Brooke, Brett, Michael, Troy, Trevor, and step-grandson Stash, as well as her adopted niece and nephew, Raven & Dylan along with many nieces and nephews.

Pam treasured her family above all else. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, mother-n-law, aunt and friend always ready with a warm hug and a listening ear. Her family was her greatest accomplishment and she took great pride in caring for them. She was a talented crafter who created beautiful clothes, blankets, quilts, doggie sweaters and jewelry for her family and friends. Pam was also a dog lover who considered her fur babies as family members and showered them with love and affection.

Pam will always be remembered as a joy to be around. Her kind heart and infectious laughter brought light into the lives of everyone she met. She was always there for those in need, offering her love and support without judgement. Her absence will be deeply felt by everyone who knew her.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 1st, 2023 at the Faith Lutheran Church located at 627 Green St. in Gardner, MA. This will be followed by a celebration of Pam’s life at Petersham Gun Club. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to any animal rescue charity in honor of Pam’s love.

Pam will never be forgotten. Her legacy of kindness and love will continue to inspire us all. Rest in peace, dear Pam.
