Mr. Otis Story was born April 8, 1954 to Emma Mae Story in Stapleton, GA . He made his way to Decatur GA in his teens. He meet and married Betty Story. He was a hard working man with many talents, he enjoyed family as well as helping others. He is proceeded in death by Emma Mae Story, Mayble Jean Terrell, Leonard Story and Alfred Jones.

To cherish his memories is his beloved wife Betty Story, his children Deshone E Williams (Desiree Williams), Contina M Story (John Howard) and Otis G Story. Granddaughter's Da' Marty's N Williams and Lonteria A Conwell. he also leaves behind his brothers and sisters Charlie Jenkins JR., Artis Story, Barbara Ferguson-Jenkins, and Esther Pollen.  A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
