To Nancy and all of Otis’s family my heart felt condolences. I heard yesterday of Otis’s passing. The last time I saw O was in KW and he and Nancy where getting ready to leave to move to Apex. We spent time together and he took me for a sail on the Americas Cup . So many stories to tell about Otis. I will never forget driving through the Everglades on our way back from KW in the fog and getting pulled over for speeding ( 100 mph at zero visibility).  I had been trying to reach you old friend but none of the numbers I had were working. I wish you and Nancy could have visited up here in the Fingerlakes. Rest In Peace old buddy and I will see you in my dreams. Roger Raguso 3/24/23

Nancy, I will always remember O coming to see you at the ambulatory to bring you lunch, always with a big smile. Such a kind, fun and loving man. ❤️

I am so heartbroken over the passing of my favorite uncle that anyone could ever ask for. I was only hoping that this was all a dream, but sadly it wasn’t. You will truly be missed. Love you so much. Continue to watch over me and love me as much as you loved me then. I will miss eating barbecue and Rice Krispies with you. But I can always eat some in loving memory of you Unk.
