God has chosen to call one his best angels home, Otha Allen Miller. He ultimately succumbed to his battle of lung cancer after a very hard 4 year battle. He leaves behind his beautiful wife of 41 years Fransisa Miller. He also leaves behind his three daughters Nadine Brown, Frances Miller, Gale Miller. Also leaving behind 3 grand- children Tammy Brown, Ozie Brown Jr And Edward Miller. He was an very active person in the …
