Orzandria Allen affectionately known to many as "Bay-Bay" or "Ozzie" was born on September 22, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York to the late  Alexander Allen Jr. and Ollie Allen(McGilvery)  she was later adopted and raised by her paternal grandparents the late Alexander Allen Sr and  Louise Brown of Bennettsville, SC.  

 She attended school in Bennetsville SC from early education through high school graduating in the class of 1982  of Bennetsville High School.  

In 1988 Ozzie joined the United States Navy and served in the Gulf War until 1993, followed by service in the Navy Reserve until 2000. She continued her career for the federal government working for the Department of Labor Navy Reserve and ending her career with Home Land Security in 2023 when her health began to fail due to illness.

On December 27, 2023, in Tampa FL, Orzandria transitioned from her earthly body to eternal rest. 

Orzandria is survived by her 4 children and 8 grandchildren, daughter, Lekietha Blake ( son -in law Edmun residing in Texas), son Bryant Ealy Jr (daughter-in-law Patrishah,  grandchildren Lyriq, Pailsee, Luna, Aries, Nova ) Niccolette Sherman (grandchildren  Jaxson-Cashe' and Taison-Kia residing in North Carolina), and Branden Sherman (daughter-in-law Gabrielle expected grandson Giovanni residing in Texas) and a sister, Linette McGilvery (Lumberton, NC), along with a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Throughout her life, she has lived in New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, California, and Florida making a host of close friends who have known her and shared a special bond. 

A special thank you to her lifelong friends Belinda Tyre and Yvonne Abraham for their unwavering support and true definition of friendship and sisterhood.

In respect and celebration of her life, at a future date and location, we will invite all who knew and loved Orzandria to join us in a memorial burial of her ashes while reminiscing her journey on this earth.
