He was fighting fungal infection since December 11 on March 9 he was released from barfield rehab then he was diagnosed with a bacterial infection that he caught from the hospital but he refused treatment he wanted to live out his days at home with his daughter Amanda moore-donald he chose for his final resting place to be in the family plot pumpkin ben in Arkansas the cost of transfer is 7500 this includes the service
