Orlando L. Beltran known by many as Dandy Beltran will be remembered by friends and family as a singer and musician. Mr. Beltran passed away on January 14, 2019 and is survived by his 2 sons, his 2 daughters, and his 6 grandchildren. Mr. Beltran began his career as a musician in his younger years in Cuba, then left to Mexico to continue his career as a performer. He performed alongside some of the pioneers β¦
