Oneida Matilde Galan left us on January 16, 2024 at the age of 89. She lived a profound and meaningful life, and is survived by her 2 sons, Carlos and Agustin, as well as her loving grandchildren whom she adored. "Nena" was the best mother any child could ask for and her loving and positive approach to life was shared with the world as well as any all friends. Her care and compassion for our family in Camaguey and Amancio, Cuba was a singular devotion by providing and always being there in times of need.  She'll be remembered for her independent spirit and the will to define herself in this world, helping others along the way. She provided so many gifts to us, most of them not material yet much more meaningful and applicable to our current world. She will be sorely missed and her love is eternal in our hearts.
