Omri T. Barboza was born on June 5, 1980 at Boston Medical Center. He was the son of David N. Montgomery and Rene’e D. Barboza. He was raised in Cambridge, MA, but at one point relocated
to Los Angeles, CA with his mother and brothers.
He also lived with his aunt and family in Virginia for a short time before returning to his roots in Cambridge.
Growing up, he developed a love for music and the arts
from both of his parents.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rene’e D. Barboza
and his grandparents. He is survived by his father,
David N. Montgomery, his brothers, William P. Barboza Jr. (Heather) and Andr’e L. Barboza (Jennifer McKinley), his sister,
Sarah Montomery-Glinski, his eight children, Tre’Vaughn Barboza (mother, Tara Mayer), Tyah Zimmerman (mother, Tory), Willow & Hendrix Barboza (mother, Ivy Barboza) and Bianca, Cameron, Dominic, & Gianna (mother, Jasmin Fajardo).
He also leaves behind two stepdaughters, Tylah Santiago and Siarra Francis, as well as his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews
and a host of close family members and friends.
His presence and untapped musical potential will be missed by many!
