Oladotun's obituary

Oladotun passed away peacefully with family surrounding him on April 28, 2024 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born May 15, 1955 in Lagos, Nigeria.

Oladotun, Fash as most called him, was brought to the United States for his secondary education at the Pomfret High School in Connecticut. He then continued his studies at Ohio University, where he first earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry. He went on to earn his MBA in accounting followed by his MA in International Administration. After graduating, Fash worked for Ernst & Whitney before starting his own accounting firm in Athens, Ohio.

Fash enjoyed serving others through Christ. He volunteered and mentored through Hilltop Lutheran Church and many other programs throughout the years.

He is survived by his son Omobayomije Jimi Fasheun, daughter in law Shannon Fasheun, grandsons Andre Gross-Fasheun and Zane Fasheun, great granddaughter Charlie Sophia Chatman-Fasheun, brothers Takunbo Fasheun, Kolawole Fasheun, Mabayomije Fasheun, and sisters Bolaji Kayode and Omobolanle Olafimihan, mother-in-law Barbara Young, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Oladotun was preceded in death by his father. Samuel Ayorinde Fasheun, mother Ebun Omowunmi Fasheun and sister Omoyeni Shodepi.

The family will receive visitors to honor the life of Oladotun on May 15, 2024 at Gahanna Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse from 6-8pm. 220 Olde Ridenour Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230.
