It was with a double delight when I first met Okhai.  Firstly, to know he is the son of Pastor Daniel and Pastor Eunice whom I know through the various network churches’ events at Edgware.

Secondly, Okhai struck me as a lovely pleasant young man. Confident, friendly, full of joy with that ready smile of his, he easily won me over. And when he addressed me in mandarin, I was absolutely amazed! Hearing you speak in Mandarin made me more determined to master my weak command of Mandarin.

Okhai, you continue to inspire and amaze me as I read through the recollections of you through others. Thank you for the rich legacy of your zest for life .

May the Lord comfort and strengthen you, Pastor Daniel, Pastor Eunice and the rest of the family in your hour of loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

In His love

I met Okhai in Emmanuel Edgware . We  in the Mandarin group were pleasantly surprised at Okhai's command of the Mandarin language & he joined us for some of the meetings. He was always smiling & friendly with our fellow brothers and sisters. This is our lasting memory of our brother Okhai! My thoughts and prayers are with Okhai’s family at this time. Michelle Lee , Emmanuel Edgware Church

It is difficult to hear about the passing of brother Okhai. We bumped into each other on high street just last month, we talked and laughed, but it is hard to believe that that will now be our last interaction forever. I pray the family can walk out from the pain of losing such a wonderful son. May he rest in peace. Emmanuel Edgware
We met Okhai when he came to Emmanuel Edgware for Sunday services. We were impressed with his knowledge of the Cantonese dialect & his ability to mix freely with our members. We miss him greatly! Jeff and Ivy , Emmanuel Edgware church

We are so sorry to hear of Kai's passing. Our deepest condolences to Pastor Daniel and family. May the Lord comfort you and your family during these difficult times.

We remember Kai as a man with a beautiful smile and a passion for China. Every time we met, he would practice speaking mandarin to us. He was very friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. We will miss him dearly.

Rest well brother Kai and we will see each other again in God's Kingdom.

Our thoughts and prayers for  Ps Daniel & family in these difficult times. May God give you the peace the world cannot give for the great loss of your amazing child Kai  whose life was cut short so suddenly.

I know Kai before the Covid. He occasionally visited our Emmanuel church  and always likes to speak Mandarin. He indeed has a passion for foreign languages.  I like him very much for he is sincere, friendly and always put a smile in his face. What a loss !!! He will be greatly  missed and remembered in our lives.  I am glad despite his short life he has been beautifully taken care of  in heaven.  Rip, Kai. We will meet again in heaven. Shalom to Ps Daniel & family.

Our deepest condolences to Okhai's family. We first met Okhai when he visited our church fellowship and we would often have wonderful discussions about his interest in sharing the good news to people in China etc. He is very friendly, fun and easy to get along. Many of us in the fellowship will certainly miss him and have fond memories of him. May God’s peace and comfort be with Pastor Daniel and family.

My deepest condolences ,my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was shocked to hear of Okhai's passing at such a young age . I remember meeting  him in the church cafeteria area and very swiftly learning about his  affinity & capability in speaking Mandarin as well as his passion for the language . When I last spoke to him he was armed with many plans and great enthusiasm to set off and go and teach in China. He was a person with  adventure and learning on the mind and was determined to reach His goal.

To Okhais Family :May God be your comforter .

I'm shocked to hear the news of Kai's passing.

He was such a fun and happy person.

I'll always think of him whenever I pass the Hendon, we had many fun nights there.

My condolences to Kai's family and friends.

Taken far too soon.

RIP Okhai

I was saddened to hear about your loss. You will be missed.

My sincerest condolences to the Akhazemea family at this time. You have my deepest sympathy and unwavering support. Wishing you peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow. My heart goes out to you all at this difficult time.

RIP Kai, very shocked and saddened to hear the news of your passing. My condolences to your family and loved ones. Never forgotten!
My deepest condolences goes out to Kai's family and friends. Kai has inspired me in so many areas, and his will, drive and passion for life will continue to do so...too many great memories! Rest in peace Kai! Your legacy lives on!
My condolences to Okhai's family. I first met Okhai at Oriental City where I knew him better by his gamertag Trixx! We would play games together often and I always enjoyed spending time with him. May his soul find peace.
Word fails to express how shocked I felt when I learnt you have gone to be with the Lord! My memory of you was  24yrs ago when my son was a baby and you doted on him. You would carry him throughout the house fellowship, and continue playing with him long after the fellowship had ended. I still have the pics of you carrying Tobi on his 1st birthday. I will cherish those pics forever. Rest in perfect peace in the bosom of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ Amen.

It is sad to hear about the passing of Okhai. On behalf of some school friends from Hendon School, we wish to share our condolences. To sum up our memories of Okhai - "Never saw that boy not smile. Always had a smile."

May you Rest In Peace
