Noy Phleum, age 83 of St. Paul, MN, passed away peacefully April 21st, 2024.
Noy was born on June 3, 1940 in Battambang Province, Cambodia. She grew up and lived a majority of her life in Svay Chek, a district of Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia. Noy went on to have a family that she raised in Rural Cambodia until Spring of 1975, when the Cambodian Genocide began. During her time in Svay Chek, Noy and …
