Norman Allan Witkin, 68 years old, passed away on December 6, 2025 in Eugene, Oregon. To some of his family and friends he was known as "Norm", to others he was known as "Allan", but to everyone he was known as a warm person with a lovable, kind personality, a welcoming smile, and a very infectuous laugh. He was the kind of person that you wanted to have as a friend and he kept those friendships for many years.

Norm became a general manager at DirecTex in Colorado and held other senior positions, including International Project Manager, which gave him the opportunity to travel to China.

He adapted readily to new experiences, and enjoyed moving with his wife in 2017 to the town of Bucerias in Nayarit, Mexico near Puerto Vallarta. He loved the life he built there and often spoke warmly about the many frienships he made there. He had several dogs and cats and loved taking care of them. He enjoyed helping others and became an online teacher of english to people throughout the world.

A couple of interesting facts:

- Norm had a lifelong fascination with lighthouses and visited many of them on the western coast of the US.

- Norm was a talented, accomplished magician and a member of the Mile High Magicians Society in Denver, CO.

Norm is lovingly remembered by his brother Louis, Louis' wife Janet, and their children, Dawn, Dean and Daniel; by his brother David, David's wife Ann, and their children Michele and Ryland; and by his Uncle Harvey and Harvey's wife Jackie.
