Although I didn't get to spend much time with my Uncle Norman growing up since we lived in different states, I'm very grateful that Mark and I had the chance to spend a week with him last year. That time together meant a lot to us and allowed us to really get to know him better.
During his visit, he spoke so fondly about his students, his animals, and the wonderful friends he had made in Mexico. What stood out most to both Mark and me was his infectious laughter and the positivity he carried with him. Norman truly had a joyful spirit and a genuine appreciation for life. He loved being around family, and we feel lucky to have shared that time with him. He will be remembered for his warmth, his gratitude, and the happiness he brought to those around him.
