Norman Gerald Reagan passed away at age 80, on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021.
He was born on October 8th, 1940 in Westmoreland, PA of John G. Reagan and Marjorie (Vogt) Reagan. Norman started a career as a Jockey in 1957, where racing brought him to Penn National Racetrack. This is where he raced in the first card on opening day and continued riding into the early 1980’s. After retiring as a Jockey, he continued at …
