Norman was a vitnam vet. He died at mercy san juan hospital. He is still at the hosp. Morgue. Norman wanted to be buried at the veterans cemetary in dixon. He wanted the 21 gun salute flag over coffin and playing of taps. I dont have money to buy a casket please help.
