Norman is survived by his son, Devin Lucas, residing in Costa Mesa, California. He is also survived by his brother, Randall Lucas, residing in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Norman's legacy is carried on by the values he instilled in his family and friends - kindness, compassion, and a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman E. Lucas Sr.
