Background
On almost any given day, you could find Norman at the dog park with his beloved "goodest girl" Samantha. His family is planning to have a bench with a plaque placed in Norman's honor at the Slater Dog Park. This page was setup for anyone wishing to contribute. Our hope is that the bench will be a place for people to sit, relax, watch the dogs play and remember Norman with a smile.
Funds are being collected and disbursed by Troy Hopkins, Norman's brother.
