Nona Mae Knox was born Nona Mae Dunn in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on October 11, 1935. She went to be with our Lord one year ago on November 2, 2022. Nona shared in a loving marriage to Albert “Old Man Al” Knox for 45 years prior to his passing on September 2, 2004. She was mother to a daughter, Tony, who preceded her in death and a son, Aloysius. She was an active member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Redwood City. She had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed tending her garden and sharing laughs with her many devoted friends and neighbors. She leaves to honor her memory, a granddaughter, Danielle Nicole, two cherished great-grands Ethan and Sophia and a host of family and friends. Take your rest, Nona Mae. Your love, wisdom and humor will be missed by all.
