Noberta's obituary
The Life of Noberta Gonzales Gauna
With heavy hearts but deep gratitude for her life, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and pillar of our family, Noberta Gonzales Gauna, who entered into eternal rest on November 16, 2025. Born on June 6, 1952, Noberta was the fourth of ten children—a role that shaped her into the nurturing, selfless, and strong woman she became. On the day God called her home, she reunited joyfully with her loving husband in Heaven.
A devoted Catholic, Noberta lived her faith through compassion, humility, and service. Her quiet strength and deep belief in God guided her through every season of life. She prayed for her family endlessly, and her rosary was never far from her hands. Her legacy is one of unwavering faith.
Noberta was blessed with a large and beautiful family—nine children, 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren—each a reflection of the boundless love she poured into the world. To her family, she was home. Her warm embrace, steady voice, and unconditional love were the foundation we all leaned on.
She had a heart bigger than any room she walked into. Noberta would go above and beyond for anyone, whether family, friend, or stranger. Her home was always open—her arms always welcoming. She believed deeply in helping others, and she lived that belief every single day.
Though our hearts grieve her absence, we find peace knowing she is embraced by God’s eternal light and reunited with her beloved husband. Noberta’s spirit will continue to guide her family with the same tender strength she showed throughout her life.
Rest in God’s glory, Noberta Gonzales Gauna. Your love, your faith, and your memory will live in us forever.
