In response to "What did you learn from Noah?"

Noah Truax illegally evicted me from the Sausalito Apartments in Austin on October 20, 2000. He saw to it that my property was taken from the south parking lot by anyone who wanted it and openly threatened to have me arrested and charged with criminal trespass if I returned at any time and for any reason. My information is that he was not legally empowered to conduct his employer's affairs because the owner was terminally ill and therefore considered to be disabled. Upon learning from me what Truax had done, the owner terminated Truax and soon died, leaving the complex in such poor condition that it remained half-empty until it was sold and beyond. The statute of limitations cannot be applied to pending litigation, and inquiries are welcome.
