Nieson's obituary
Nieson was born on October 24, 1963 in Bitburg, Germany to Nieson Dare DeAngelo and Angelina Castillo DeAngelo. He graduated from Crockett High School in Austin, Texas in 1981. He received his Bachelors' Degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX in 1986. Always learning, Nieson recently went back to school and
earned Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) certifications in Network+, Server+, Storage+, and A+.
Nieson was intelligent, generous, loyal and loving. He had many lifelong friends and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was an avid runner and completed multiple marathons. Nieson loved great food, music, movies, exotic cars, racing and the San Antonio Spurs. He was always an impeccable dresser. Nieson was the co-founder of the popular Annual Pig Fest, an event that has been celebrated for 27 years.
Nieson is survived by his mother, Angelina DeAngelo; siblings, Lisa Shuttee and husband, John, Monique Harmon and husband, Steve, Andrea DeAngelo and wife, Jen; nieces Angelina Oldham and husband, Clayton, Becky George and husband, Brandon, Gabrielle Shuttee, nephew, Vic Shuttee and great niece Olivia George.
He is preceeded in death by father, Nieson DeAngelo; brother, Peter DeAngelo; sister, Angela DeAngelo; and Pia, his loving cat of 15 years.
