It is with a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected and sudden passing of Nicole Shannah Nadine Thomas

Nicki was a beautiful 34 year old woman whom passed away suddenly on August 15th 2023, at home in Airdrie, Alberta.

Nicki was born November 30th, 1988. She was born in Calgary, raised in Ontario, and moved back to Calgary when she was 16. She decided in early 2023 that she wanted to go back to school to become an EMT, but her real dream was to become a Rehabilitation Counsellor. She had many conversations with her sisters about how excited she was to start the next chapter in her life.

Nicki was predeceased by her mother, Marie Thomas and her common-law partner of 12 years, Brad Ogle. She was loved and will be deeply missed by her family; Chantele Collins (Dan Collins), James Thomas, Felicya Blackburn, Glenda Thomas (Jason Charles), Hether Anderson (Shawn Anderson) and her partner Corey Sturko. She had 11 nieces and nephews (Jace, Summer, Kaley, Melikah, Aaliyah, Jayden, Rayne, Elijah, Ariel, Paris and Cody) each who she loved with all her heart.
