My condolences to Nicole's family. I first met Nicole when we were in St Malachy School from 1994until we graduated 1996. and we would often see on another at celebrations. Funny how we reconnected , my cousin Pooh and momma Adrian invited me to a family gathering and I walk in and see pictures of us on wall and school photos and from that day on we continue to see each other just vide with music, great food, family, fun, laughter and encouraging words. I say to you all Stay strong trust in GOD for he will continue to comfort you during this time and forever.Amen

My condolences to you on your loss

Momma Adrian repast — with Josephine Blakemore-Garrett and Josephine & Nicole Mack Burke

My fondest memory of Nicole is during time at St Malachy Nicole got selected to the Mya Angelou still I rise and Langston Hugh Mother to son. if you know Nicole she always had a way with words grammar and ediquett . Even in 6,7,and 8th grade she was a lady. She had a way with words and she would pronounce every word flawlessly in that poem. She made our class proud not only because won a Pizza Party but because she motivated our class to go above what was expected. we were always competing with class of 95and our siblings . I watched Nicole sacrifice recess to work on her poetry and performance skills. Even as a young girl Nicole was persistent, confident and dedicated. She was nothing short of ms prissy as we called her back then. However I must say all that hard work showed up in her adult life .she loved her life and always knew she would use the same words and expressions to strengthen her family and friends. No matter how much time went bye when you seen Nicole she welcomed you in and gave love ,respect ,encouragement and if needed some choice words with fire and kindness. She has shown so many people how to be a leader and friend. I know I’ll miss her but I also know that she would not want anybody to quit or be down for too long. She would want us to be supportive, loving, encouraging, energetic humorous and bold together as we continue life without her.

Nicole thank you for being an example of success, support, love, faith ,friendship ,freedom ,dignity, determination and respect.

Love Josephine Blakemore-Garrett (class of 96 )
