Nicole Lynn Hines, 39, of Clarksville, OH, passed away on August 23, 2023. She was a vibrant old soul, known for her caring and giving nature. Nicole was a unique and rare individual, understanding, generous, and loving. She had a no-nonsense attitude and was a fighter, earning the respect of all who knew her.
