Nicholas "Zach" or "Nick" Perez passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2022 at the age of 33, after suffering cardiac arrest.
Born to Nick and Judi Perez on September 25, 1989, Nick was strong and verbal as a baby. When he was 5 years old, he immediately became obsessed with baseball. Some of Zach’s favorite activities were sports, especially baseball, and music - he loved to sing and was self taught on the piano and …
