Nicholas's obituary
Nick was born on February 9, 1965 to Juan Garcia and Laura Lopez in Buda, TX. After graduating from high school in 1983, he went on to study welding at Alamo Colleges District in San Antonio, TX. Upon completing his certificate in welding, he lived in Buda for 5 years until he relocated to San Diego, CA. Nick worked as a professional welder for over 30 years.
In 1990, he met Elizabeth, and they wed in 1994, going on to have number of 8 children, Daughters; Helen Garcia-Beltran, Miriam Cadena, Sandra Garcia-Lopez, Sylvia Cadena, Alexandria Cadena, Sons; Nicholas Garcia Jr, Hector Garcia and Jose Cadena.
After retiring in 2015, Nick spent his time with his family, fishing, working on cars and riding horses.
Nicholas was predeceased by his mother Laura Lopez. He is survived by his father Juan Garcia, daughters, sons and host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews .
