It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Neysa Navarro Espendez de Toro, who left this earth on December 14, 2025. Born on July 13, 1951, Neysa enriched the lives of many with her strong personality and creative spirit.

Neysa is survived by her diligent and devoted spouse, Norberto Toro Gallardo. The love between them was palpable, a testament to the depth of their partnership. Her children, Neysette Ramos Navarro, Kathy Toro, Carlos Toro, and Jose Toro, will forever remember their mother's unwavering strength and resilience.

As a grandmother, Neysa's greatest joys came from spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She took immense pride in their growth and accomplishments, viewing them as her greatest achievements.

Neysa was predeceased by her deeply cherished mother, Rosa Espendez Navarro. The bonds of love and respect between them have been a guiding light for the entire family.

Neysa leaves behind a legacy of love and tenacity. She was a woman who embodied the power of persistence, consistently urging those around her to keep going, no matter the circumstances. 

The pain of her absence will be deeply felt by her family. Yet they take comfort in knowing that her love, teachings, and memories will continue to live on within them. Her legacy is one of love for her family, a testament to a life lived with service, strength, and deep affection.
