Ma’ or Mema’ you would say I remember when we went to Vegas and you saw me walk down that aisle and how proud you was of me. You cried and than I started crying. One memory I will always cherish with you. The day I made my mom proud of me. I love you Ma’ and miss you like crazy_

I remember when ma came up to Georgia last year and stayed with me for 5 months. That was the best time in my life! I loved and appreciated her being up here with me so much! Even though we were in a one bedroom man ma dukes would help wash and fold my clothes, cook, clean and just relax. I appreciated it so much I never asked her do anything she always just volunteered. I asked her all the time "when you moving up here with me ma", she would just giggle? Lol. I loved sleeping in the bed with her every night. I would curl up like a baby under her and just watch her sleep and feel her breathing on me. She was the most beautiful woman in the world to me. Her spirit was always so pure! We had shared so man laughs especially when watching movies. Ma loved the most corniest movies like kangaroo jack. Her laugh was so contagious to a point even if something wasn't that funny she would have you rolling. Ma partied and kept up with us younger folks pooh! Queen was driving the boat taking shots of 1942 from the bottle! She was human so sometimes she had not so good days and didn't want to be bothered but for the most part Ma Dukes was chilling! I love and miss her so much especially that laugh and smile!
