Nestor's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nestor Garcia, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. Born on May 29, 1963, Nestor passed away on November 28th, 2025, leaving behind a profound void in the lives of all who loved him.
Nestor is survived by his devoted wife, Bruni Garcia, who remained faithfully by his side until the very end. He is lovingly remembered by his children: Danielle Gendelman (Matthew), Nestor Garcia, and Amanda Garcia — each of whom he adored deeply and proudly. His beloved granddaughter, Layla Russo, will forever miss the warmth, laughter, and gentle love of her Papa, whose presence brought joy to every moment.
He was predeceased by his parents, Lucy and Nestor Garcia, who undoubtedly welcome him into heaven with open arms. His sister, Elizabeth Garcia-Molina, now mourns the loss of her dear brother and lifelong confidant.
Nestor was a beacon of kindness and generosity. He was the kind of person whose easygoing nature made everyone feel at home. He touched countless lives with his steady warmth, quiet strength, and unwavering willingness to help others. Guided by his belief in “Family above all,” he built a life centered on love, loyalty, and togetherness. These values he instilled in his children, who will carry them forward as his enduring legacy. Nestor also served his community with dedication as a Scout Master for the Scouts of America, shaping and inspiring many young lives along the way.
Of all his accomplishments, Nestor always said his greatest was his family. His love knew no bounds, and his presence brightened every room. His legacy of compassion, humor, and unconditional love will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
