It is with great love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nelly Annette Schroeder who left us at the age of 52. She passed peacefully on September 25, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by the love of her family.

A devoted wife, mother, and soon-to-be grandmother, she filled every room with warmth and creativity. She had a passion for crocheting, often working tirelessly to create handmade treasures in anticipation of welcoming future grandchildren. She also nurtured a deep love for nature, surrounding herself with plants and caring for animals of all kinds—especially her beloved dogs Echo, Koda, and Movado.

She is survived by her husband Erich F. Schroeder, her children Brittany Erika Schroeder and Erich F. Schroeder II, and many family members and friends whose lives she touched with her kindness, humor, and unwavering strength.

Her memory will live on in the stitches of her crochet, in the plants she tended, and in the countless hearts she inspired throughout her too-short but beautiful life.

Funeral arrangements are being made to return her home to New Jersey, and details will be shared once finalized.
