Neiman, 24, of Fort Worth, TX passed away suddenly after an accident involving gun violence. His family is shocked and deeply saddened by his loss.

Neiman was born on March 02, 1999 to Mary and Liam Smith in Texas. He was a bright and kind individual.

Neiman also dedicated time towards his kids. Anyone who knew Neiman, knew that he was a very passionate person. His family and friends will miss him more than words can explain.
