Background
Providence Place is a 119-unit multi-family housing community scheduled to break ground on South Apollo Boulevard by the end of 2025 and open in the Summer of 2027. This new community will include wrap-around services to help residents overcome challenges and be successful in housing.
Providence Place is not just another housing development. It is an innovative, person-centered, housing-led approach to addressing the urgent need for affordable housing and the growing crisis of homelessness in our community. It acknowledges that each person’s journey out of homelessness is unique, and that individualized support is essential.
