I think Admiral William H. McRaven, Navy SEAL, offers a quote that summarizes Neil's life in many ways. ADM McRaven says, "Life is actually pretty simple. Help as many people as you can, make as many friends as you can, work as hard as you can, and no matters what happens - never quit!" This is the Neil that I knew and remember. I will miss him.

Our last fishing trip together. About a month and a half before he passed. In spite of the obvious impact from cancer and chemo, my dad was absolutely stoked to be there with the kids.
