Nediljko (Ned) Jurisic

October 30th, 1935 to August 23rd, 2023

Loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather departed us physically at 87 years young. Nediljko was born in Vrgada, Croatia Born to Stipe and Kristina (Baric) Jurisic. Nediljko was independent at 14 years old when he began his Carpentry Apprenticeship. In the end a master carpenter, gifted in all areas of fixing and building. He spent 3 years serving in the Croatian Navy, then married Jelena Krpeljevic. Nediljko and Jelena moved to Paris with their children, then to America where he proudly worked hard and built a beautiful life for his family. Succeeding in fulfilling the America dream through home and business ownership; completing that dream Nediljko was very proud to become a Citizen of the United States. He was well loved and well known for being a philosopher, mentor, wise, full of stories to share, caring, filled with good advice, one hell of a dancer, a beautiful singer, a master at the BBQ grill, a lover of all things of the sea, a genuinely honest person, the most understanding man, who loved and cared for his family to no end.

7 Grandkids: Mark Jurisic Jr, Megan Droege (Joe), Gabrielle Kochnev (Alex), Vanessa Vega (Pavel Dykin), Danielle Vega, Raymond Hinsley, Alyssa Velasquez

10 Great Grandkids: Dmitri Jurisic, Brooklyn Vega, Joey Droege, Cali Devaney, Ivan Jurisic, Joshua Droege, Leo Dykin, Audrey Droege, Grace Jurisic, Lana Dykin

Memorial Service to be held at All Souls Catholic Cemetery on Friday, November 8th, 2023

9am to 10:30 am Viewing

11am – 12:30pm Mass and Burial

12:30pm – 3pm Reception
