So saddened to hear about Neal.  I grew up just a couple houses down from the Otterson's.   Rest in peace, Neal.

I am so sorry for your loss. Neal was a co-worker, but I considered him a friend as well. He was our leader. Smart, funny, and one of the most genuinely honest people I've ever met. I know he loved his children more than anything and I hope in your time of grief you can find some peace in your happiest memories together. I know Neal will now have peace and will be watching over you all.
