Nathan's obituary

Nathan Robert Mowery was born in Danville, Indiana on July 3, 1955 to John and Dorothy Mowery. He went to Asbury College for his undergraduate degree and received his Juris Doctor degree from the IU McKinney School of Law.

Nathan married Susan Brown Mowery on July 30, 1983 and they started their life together in Indianapolis, Indiana. Nathan was a dedicated father to Adam, Anna, and Abigail. Nathan instilled his children with his own values of compassion, service, and faith in Christ.

In recent years, Nathan led Midwest operations for Activate Healthcare, later Everside Health. He was heavily involved in local community and faith ministries. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, Susan and spending time in nature with friends and family. Nathan was exceedingly conscientious, visionary, positive, and invested in the success and growth of others.

He is survived by his wife Susan, son Adam Mowery and wife Stephanie, daughter Anna Mowery and fiancé Cody Woods, daughter Abigail Furr and husband Nathan, brother Tim Mowery and wife Mary, brother Tom Mowery, and grandchildren Josephine and Graham Furr as well as many nieces and nephews.

Nathan died unexpectedly and peacefully in his sleep at his home in Indianapolis on Wednesday, January 25th.
