Background

This will help the kids who has lost there mother or father due to senseless gun violence. Nathan use to go to John Pittard Elementary School and read books to his daughters class. He never missed a book drive or book sales or Thanksgiving Dinner, PTA meeting. He was a Proud Father, he was very involved in her education and the education of others. He loved his daughter and she loved him they were Soo close he loved combing her hair and matching her clothes and shoes getting her prepared for school. I remembered a year after my son had passed away the school had an event called" Father and Daughter Dance and the tears from my granddaughter face was over shadowed with hurt and pain she wasn't able to speak. She was 7 years old when he was murdered do to gun violence, when I received the call I looked over as his daughter lay in bed asleep expecting her dad to come to tuck her in. Nathan was only 24. I would like to setup this Memorial fundraiser in Memory of my son Nathan to help a child with there first Father and Daughter Dance Something my granddaughter didn't get a chance to experience also alone with a 2 or 4 year College Scholarship to help a student that wants to go to college but no longer have that MOTHER or FATHER to help support or encourage them because someone decided to take something that no one can ever REPLACE. I pray that people will donate to this Memorial fundraiser, I know this is Something my son would have loved to do. Nathan would LOVE this. Tears is racing down my face this would be his Legacy. I would want this go go on until I leave this world and after. Contribute   Right arrow
