Our Beloved daughter, sister, mother, and Nana, Natalie Re Nae Medina “Nat”, age 47, returned to her Heavenly home on Thursday, September 30th, 2021, at Straub Medical Hospital in Honolulu. She made her grand entrance to this amazing world on Thursday, June 6, 1974, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to two loving parents Richard E. and Laura A. Medina and two eagerly awaiting bothers Rick J. and Randy C. Medina.

She had a love that overflowed to all that crossed her path. Making sure everyone had what they needed. Whether it be some encouraging words, a long silent hug, or warm cookies. And most of all her most precious gift was every moment spent with the apple of her eye, Aweia.

She is survived by her father Richard; daughter Goonie; granddaughter Aweia; brothers Rick (Kathy), and Randy (Ronda); nieces and nephews Chris (Marisa), Tyra, Savanna, Little Ricky; and numerous Uncles and Aunts.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 4:00 pm, Mountain America Exposition Center on 9575 South State St.
