Naraya Rose's obituary

On May 2, 2021, Naraya Rose was born at Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia, MN at 3:27am. She was born at 23 weeks gestation weighing 1lb 3oz and was immediately transferred to Children's Hospital - NICU in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At two days old, Naraya's parents were informed that her head ultrasound showed significant brain bleeds (Intraventricular Hemorrhage - IVH). In addition to having IVH, Naraya faced many obstacles in her short life due to being a micro preemie.

Heaven gained a sweet angel on May 10, 2021; as Naraya passed away in the arms of her parents. In her eight days on earth, she was deeply loved by her parents, older sister, both grandmothers, and her Aunt. During her short life, Naraya experienced many wonderful things; holding hands with her Mommy and Daddy, hugs and kisses from her family, listening to her Mommy read her stories, and being told "I Love You" countless times. Her parents will forever cherish the memories created by their daily visits to the NICU. Naraya was baptized on Mother's Day; May 9, 2021.

Naraya came into this world too early and was taken far too soon. "Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words, and missed beyond measure." -Unknown

Ryan and Marvie would like to personally thank the nurses and doctors for their endless love, compassion, and support during this very difficult time. They are forever grateful.

Naraya is survived by her:
Parents - Ryan Magnayon and Marvie Cordova
Sister - Carmina Tolibas
Grandparents - Vivian Cordova, Rosalinda Baez, David Baez
Aunt - Rio Anne Schaekel
Uncle - Tim Schaekel, DJ Waynewood
Many family members in the Philippines

A celebration of life will be held Sunday June 13, 2021 from 1:00 to 4:00pm at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum - Snyder Auditorium (3675 Arboretum Drive, Chaska, MN 55318, USA). Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00pm followed by a memorial service. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
