So sorry for your great loss …Nancy and my beloved mother, Jane DuMont Colahan, were childhood friends and lifelong friends . They shared a  similar , unique elegance and, heartbreakingly, passed away a week apart in December 2023.

My heart goes out to the family, and I send my condolences. As an old Garden City friend Nancy sent me a lovely card when her daughter Vicki passed which gave me great comfort. She was a beautiful person.

I recall Nancy rubbing Suzanne‘s back when visiting her daughter about 20 years ago. Such a wonderful nurturer and encourager✨💓

I will miss my lunches with Nancy and all the meaningful conversations we had. She was such an inspiration to me and so many others. I learned so much from her
