Nancy Lee Thomas, 87, of Addison, Illinois, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2024.
Born on February 23, 1937, in Michigan City, Indiana, Nancy was the beloved daughter of Ruth and Lawrence Hamilton. She later moved to Valparaiso, Indiana, with her mother and stepfather, Stanley Markiewicz. Together, they opened a restaurant where Nancy worked, learning the value of hard work and dedication. It was at this restaurant that she met her future husband, Vern Thomas, …
