Nancy adopted her beloved dog Tipper from Greyhound Friends of New Jersey in 2011. GFNJ is a non-profit organization dedicated to placing retired racing greyhounds into responsible loving homes. GFNJ accepts donations on their website or by check.

Nancy was an active caring clown and vice president of Call Us Clowns, a non-profit organization that promotes, preserves, presents the time-honored profession of clowning by providing therapeutic family humor, knowing that "laughter is the best medicine." They accept donations by check only.


Nancy Rona (Friedman) Stroh, 71, of Clifton, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on December 10, 2020, due to complications from her battle with colon cancer.

She was born on March 30, 1949, to Jerome and Dorothy Friedman in Jersey City, New Jersey, and grew up in Hoboken, New Jersey. Nancy’s first job was working the counter at her family’s restaurant, Gold’s Luncheonette.
