Nancy Renee (Collins) Leslie passed away April 19th with her family by her side. Born in Eau Claire Wi. on 11/12/1959 to parents Jack and Opal Collins. Nancy is survived by her children Anna, Frank, Rachel (Blake), John Michael (Becca), grandchildren Johnathan, Christian, Benjamin, and great grandson Roman, siblings John (Sharon) and Theresa (Bob). Nancy joins her parents Jack and Opal and brothers Timothy and Michael in heaven.
