Nancy and Lin and I were snowed in at the lakehouse with no power for several days. I can’t remember the year. We all slept on the sofas by the gas fireplace to stay warm. We ate a lot and talked a lot to entertain ourselves. Thankfully, Nancy liked sweets as much as I do! She could always count on me to have sweets in the house.

RIP sweet Nancy. From the day I first met you that amazing smile and laughter was contagious. Such a wonderful sense of humor and quick wittedness. I will never forget the time at Missy’s when you mentioned a table you saw on the side of the road.. we climbed into your car and became dumpster divers for the day.
